Peaceful Stop
Spent 2 nights at the Crossings CL and slept v v well. Although next to the road you only see 5 or 6 cars an hour !
Pub over the road serves good food, though disregard the website as well out of date - no longer does Sunday Lunch.
Yes the CL, could do with a bit of tlc, but has electric, fresh water and loo disposal.
If you can’t get hold of the owner , you can pay his son who lives in ‘ Crossings Cottage ‘.
We left a text message to say we had arrived and he popped down about an hour later - nice man.
