Spacious well kept site

We stayed here in August 2015 as we were travelling around the area. Booked the CL over the phone, given precise clear instructions regarding access, water, hook up etc. Lovely well kept site with plenty of space. Information and further contact details provided on notice board if needed. Nice local pub across the road which has varied home cooked menu. Would definitely visit again if we are in the area.

peace & quite

What a nice CL, Our stay was cut short through personal reasons , only stayed 2 nights. We could easily have stayed much much longer, in fact we will be back next year for at least 7 days. So if you are prepared to face the dreaded Dartford Crossing this is well worth the effort. Try it & see if you agree.

What a lovely CL site!!

Stayed here for two nights and what a lovely site it is. Big plots with level grounds. Great views if you stay along the back. Bins and drinking water tap near owners back gate where you also have to empty toilet at back of owners house which is not a problem. The lovely helpful owners have now uprated the site from 10amp now to 16amp. Great pubs on your doorstep and a park if you turn left out the pitch which is just down the lane. Tesco and Asda only 4 miles away and Promenade park is worth a visit. Will definitely return. Thank you to the owners for the great stay. :-)

End of season break

Stayed here last October 14 for a few nights during half term. Very helpful owner, large spacious site with plenty of scope to pitch away from everyone else if you need to, although there was only one other caravan on site during our stay. Lovely local area, with plenty of walking/cycling close by, along with a childrens park just down the lane. Would definitely make a return visit.

Highly Recommended Site.

June 2014. We stayed for a week on this flat, well spaced, peaceful, grassed site. The owners are very helpful and friendly and on site. All facilities, water, bins and instructions are posted on a noticeboard. The cassette toilets being emptied just outside the rear door of the owners. The site is in the heart of the village of Goldhanger which has 2 good pubs and numerous walks along the inlet to Maldon. Ideally placed for local attractions. Now one of our favorite sites.

Tranquil

This is a gem of a place, wonderfully peaceful close to Malden. Just a little embarrassing emptying cassette so close to a lovely houseĀ

Cresta House

This spacious, level site is in a pretty village and you can cycle or walk along the sea wall which is very close by. There are two decent pubs, serving food, within a few minutes walk. Television reception is good. We will definitely be going back.

Received very friendly welcome. Site is a good size for a CL so lots of privacy. Area is mown lawn with young trees adjoining farmland. A few minutes walk to a popular pub serving good beer and food. A short walk (ten minutes) to estuary of River Blackwater, views and walking to Maldon possible. Would definately recommend.
