We stayed here a few times under the previous ownership and enjoyed it. Now it is back on the CL circuit, we tried it again last week. Good welcome from Helen's father who was cutting the grass. It is at least as good as my lawn. The toilet and shower facilities are excellent. Bit of farm noise on mornings, but just tractors working. Great for access to South Lakes, Cartmel, Forest of Bowland, Lancaster Castle, etc. Leven's Hall and gardens are not to be missed at this time of the year. Good grub at the new New inn in Yealand. Gentle walk to the shore of Morecambe Bay.
