Easy to access and not far from the A road. ( Use entrance just past the house) Owners around most of the time. Very friendly and informative. Information in the large she'd with whiteboard for wildlife sightings. We saw kites, bats, .Great for dog walking with 2 large ponds nearby or cool woodland walks if it's very hot. Farm at bottom of road sells massive double yolk eggs - recommended. Lovely stream running through it. No showers or WC but we use our on board facilities anyway. Site fairly level and lawns cut well. No clippings left.Tidy and well kept. We stayed for a long weekend and visited York and Bridlington. Lovely and peaceful with little road noise. Will definitely return. Loved it. Best CL we have stayed at.
