Warm welcome from Richard who opened the gate from the call button upon entry, showed us to our numbered pitch and gave us all the information we needed. The code for the gate was programmed into the phone used for the booking and was operated by simply calling a number. The site was spacious and kept well, allowing our 3 year old granddaughter to play games and make friends with a lovely couple in a motorhome next to us. Tranquility so close to a residential area is hard to imagine but there was plenty of wildlife, including foxes, deer and chickens in the owners garden. Site handy for walks from the site, and close to other places (this trip we did Hotham Park, Arun Leisure Centre and Arundel for the WWT. To top it off there was a handy toilet and shower block which was extremely useful, all for an amazing price! Thank you to both Lynette and Richard for your hospitality (our granddaughter loved the fairies) and for letting us check out 3 hours later due to no pending arrivals. We would love to return again soon.
