laid back, so peaceful

Agree with previous comments. Don't normally go on CL sites but will do so more in future. Site ideally placed, not too far to travel to most parts of the island. The site was very well kept, lovely views, peaceful, and Elen was very welcoming and always had time to chat. Check in was so laid back, just turn up and park in whatever pitch was available, and they were all in the afternoon sun which was a bonus. Will definately be back

great place

this is a great site, on arrival we were met by elen, bringing welsh cakes to enjoy, we had a hard standing pitch, and the showers were very good and hot, good views from site, the bins were emptied on a regular basis throughout the day, and each plot had its own tap and drain/hookup point, and ours was level, and the cl is ideal for touring around angelsey and further afield. we will be back, myfanwy and keith. visited 25-29 july 22.

Hard to find a better site to sit and admire the world. Outstanding views and outstanding hosts. Hope it didn’t get too hot at the Royal Welsh Show 🥵 for you and your family that was a scorcher of a weekend.

Perfect CL

Spent 7 nights here & can only agree with what has already been said. Helpful directions to avoid town centre very central to visit anywhere on the island recommend Penrhyn Castle & Plas Newydd & the hidden gardens were worth a visit.Would be happy to stay here again.

A little gem

Stayed here for 4 nights early July 22 . Directions on email from elen were great, helped immensely. On arrival Arwyn advised us we could use any vacant pitch ,pitched up and had a wander around. Great site, central to all tourist spots on Anglesey, showers were hot,and all facilities were spotless. Took some fishing tackle and spent a few hours free of charge on the lake catching a vast amount of roach up to 1lb. Arwyn even gave me use of a trolley to take gear to lake,a nice touch. Fantastic site ,ran by a really nice friendly family, will return soon.

An ideally located oasis of tranquillity.

We have just returned home after spending six nights at this wonderful site. I fully agree with all of the positive reviews already left for this CL. You really feel as if you're miles from anywhere yet you are perfectly located to explore this wonderful island. We explored North, West and East and nothing was more than a 30min drive, stunning beaches and coastline in all directions. Sited only 10min from Amlwch which has a well stocked Co-op and a fantastic fish and chip shop what more could you ask for? As for the CL itself, it was extremely spacious with huge flat pitches and being fully serviced is a huge plus. Facilities were very clean and well laid out, tucked nicely away from the pitches. There is no doubt that this site will go from strength to strength and it will be our "go to site" when we return to Anglesey.

Beautiful views, with piece and quiet

Greeted by Arwyn who made us most welcome and gave us a little gift of Welsh Cakes and a map of Anglesey. Let us pitch up wherever there was a space. We chose to pitch up our campervan on the grass pitch instead of the hard standing. Spotless toilet and showers. Lovely quiet pitches with lots of space, water and grey waste drainage. Spotless chemical emptying point and rubbish area with Anti bacterial spray. The views and the sunsets were fabulous. Definitely would stay here again if I return to Anglesey Thank you Elen and Arwyn

Beautiful and quiet location, excellent serviced pitches.

We recently stayed for one week over the bank holiday, the location is perfect, great for walks and scenery was beautiful. It has good sized and well maintained service pitches, all overlooking the isle of Anglesey from a high point. It is quite central to the island so easy to access both sides and explore. We have been coming to Anglesey for years, but there are still locations we haven't explored, in particular on the North side where this site gave us that opportunity to see the more quiet side of Anglesey. The amenities are OK, but with serviced pitches you tend to use your own more. There is also a fishing lake which is ideal, where Elen and Arwyn were more than accommodating to use their equipment for us to have a go! which my 7 year old son really enjoyed. Thoroughly recommend, will be visiting again in the future.
