No 1 Site, Should be rated as CL of the year.

One of the best sites I have been on. Superb welcome, with all information on local attractions provided. Site is clean, spacious and well laid out. Views over the countryside are magnificent. Of note is, no leveling blocks are needed as all is level. Do I need to say more. I have already booked for next year. Suggest you do same if you want to go there. BRILLIANT.

A fantastic well kept site

As soon as you arrive you know this is a great site, beautifully kept grass and surroundings, 3 hard standing and 2 grass pitches, all with their own water supply and all very spacious and flat! Drove the van in and we were perfectly level with no adjustments…. Bonus! Very friendly helpful owners, an immaculate toilet and shower and information block. Nice walks from site and lots to do in surrounding area. Definitely one of the nicest CLs we have stayed on. We will be back

Great site

We stayed here for near on two weeks and enjoyed every minute of it. There is easy access to the A11 for Norwich the surrounding country side and the broads. Its very quiet, (even the tractors do not wake up to early) The local produce on sale is well worth it and tasted great, but if you need a supermarket they are not far away. The carvery at the Stag pub on the A11 is very good value and very tasty but book well in advance to get in. Fully recommended and a great little site with a lovely owners in Dave and Julia always on hand if needed. We will be back next year when we know our dates.

Smashing site.

Just spent 8 nights at this wonderful site, well up there on my best sites list. Could anything be better, I think not, don't change anything, You have made a gem of a site. Wonderful owners. I will return that's for sure. Well done.

Brilliant site

David and Julia have created a little gem of a CL, you only have look around at the layout of the pitches and lovely shower and toilet facilities. They are very welcoming and the information room is a great help. We have just returned having spent 9 thoroughly enjoyable nights on the site and look forward to visiting again.

One not to be missed

What a wonderful site this is , it just seems to get better and better each time we go , David and Julia have worked very hard to keep this site immaculate the toilet and shower block is now open , there is information on where to visit , Norwich is not far away or Thetford , Attleborough has a few shops and a Sainsburys , there is a small shop and pub in the village , on site you can buy fresh eggs , sausages which are very tasty , burgers and bacon . If you have a dog or just want to go for a stroll there is plenty of good walks . A first class site you won't be disappointed, we have booked to go back again

Close to home

Stayed here for 11 nights whilst our bathroom was re fitted. Can only mirror what everyone else says, spotless lavatories, grass neatly cut, amiable hosts and yes it is as good as it looks in the pictures. Only one negative…it is only 5 miles from home ! Wish it could be further away as it is the best CL we have stayed at so far.

Ticks all our boxes

Just spent a fantastic week plus at Broadmarsh farm and couldn’t have chosen a better CL. It’s central location in Norfork make it ideal for visiting the coast, anywhere from Hunstanton to Great Yarmouth, apx 1 hour drive, Norwich and Thetford forest nearby, plus lots of local attractions. Our hosts, David and Julia, were very welcoming and informative, just there when you needed them. Being vanners themselves, they have brought all the good bits from their travels, spacious pitches, 3 hard standing, all with EHU and water, high standard shower and loo, within a purpose built outbuilding, also containing local produce, eggs, bacon etc, plus local information. Spotless CEP (green fluid only) and the CL itself is adjacent to their working farm, set in a beautiful Norfork village, with local shop/PO, a 10-15 minute walk. All the big shops within 15 minutes. Lawn standard grass, with clippings collected, with pitches staggered to give each pitch a countryside view. Very quiet and peaceful, with only the dawn chorus to listen to. Barn owl and various bird life keeping you company. Please make sure you add it to your favourites, but don’t book a pitch when we want to return 😉. Jim and Clare

The best CL yet

We have just spent a wonderful five days on this site. Shortly after our arrival David called over to check everything was in order. Shortly afterwards we met his wife, Julia. Both are lovely welcoming people. The site is immaculate - it even has stripey lawns and is flat. There is a beautiful little chalet/shed housing a toilet and shower for those who don’t wish to use their own. It also houses a collection of books, info on the surrounding area with an informative map. The flower beds were full of colour and very cheerful. Totally unexpected but fabulous to have water on every pitch - luxury. We were able to try out our new mains water connector. There are lovely walks surrounding the site. The local pub is within easy reach as are supermarkets and fuel in Attleborough. I only hope the site stays open over the winter months - perhaps with limited capacity as three of the pitches are hard standing. A wionderful place to be on holiday. Both David and Julia came to say goodbye before we left - really lovely. We’ll certainly be back.

Immaculate CL, credit to the owners1! Highly recommended.

Just returned from this gorgeous CL and cannot recommend it enough. Julia was very quick to comment when I was looking for a CL near to Norwich. Booking and communication was seamless, with excellent arrival instructions provided. The site uses only green toilet chemical, and they have some available to buy when you arrive. The site itself is in a gorgeous village with pub and shop in walking distance. The CL is immaculately kept, well-tended and very large level pitches, each with their own tap (3 hardstanding and 2 grass). David was very quick to say hello and apologise in advance for any farm noise (its on a working farm, and apparently some people have complained in the past!!!!). We prefer CLs on working farms and heard next to no noise, and it wouldn’t bother us if we did. The new toilet and shower is well done and well-kept with an adjacent info hut with fresh eggs and meats to pay into a honesty box. Julia along with David came to say goodbye before we left and wish a safe journey, we will definitely be back, though not as much as we would like with a 5-hour drive. The site is a credit to its owners, a fantastic CL and highly recommended.
