What a first experience of an adult only campsite. With a pub on site, that also does excellent food at a very reasonable rate. Right on the doorstep of some amazing walks, Ingleborough was our adventure this time. It is not far at all from the M6 and has a good road straight to the site, with a very wide entrance. It was my first time pulling the caravan, with my husband’s guidance, so if I can do it anyone can. The only downside, and I mean the only downside, was the lack of a dog walk immediately adjacent to the site. Would highly recommend, and somewhere we are considering returning to in the not too distant future to climb the other hills locally.
