A wild and wet New Year
My partner and I stayed on this site over new year 23/24 that turned out to be a week of storms high winds and torrential rain.
Eric and Sue made us feel welcome and we had a lovely, if wet stay. The facilities were good and the hedge cover kept some of the wind away from the awning which survived the week just about intact. If you are visiting the area then this is a great place to start and we chose it for its proximity to one of my partners favourite walking areas.
