Lovely stay :)

Very lovely site, CL sign clearly marking the entrance, well maintained and well presentated. Thought the welcome board at the entrance was a great idea, it directed us to our pitch with ease. Although as mentioned by others the shower being £1 it was well worth the money, nice hot power shower. We would be very happy to return.

Decent CL

Just spent an enjoyable week here. Very handy for local facilities and attractions. We found plenty of places to go walking and there are numerous National Trust places to visit nearby. Yes we have to agree with the comments that the waste water facility needs sinking into the ground & perhaps the grass was a little bare in a few places but bear in mind that it is a CL, not a main site. We pay half the price of main site fee's so have to accept a little less for our money. Personally thought the owners do a good job. Been on far worse private sites. Will be going back here again to further explore this part of our lovely country.

Peaceful Site

Handy site for the coast, liked Sherringham, went to Holkham House, very nice, the drive along the coast road is pretty. The site was peaceful, well kept nice short grass, the down side to short grass is that it you soon get worn spots as others have mentioned, besides that small problem it is a lovely site with nice views good facilities and peace. Not mentioned in the hand book is that showers are £1.00.

Enjoyed our Stay

Well kept, easy to access site, lovely and quiet with easy access to Cromer. The only negative was the grey water waste disposal point which required lifting the waste master up 10 inches, However if you are fit enough to master this, this is an excellent site that should we return to this area I would look forward to staying at again

Pretty CL

This is a pretty CL with first class bathroom. Convenient for Cromer and Fellbrigg Hall (NT). Morrisons in Cromer for supplies and petrol. Shame about the bald pitches as without a ground sheet it is a bit dirty outside the caravan.. A little TLC by either reseeding or gravel on the pitches is needed. The water facilities entail dragging your full aquaroll up a slope to your pitch and the emptying point is elevated which means you have to lift a full waste water container up over a lip to enable you to empty it. A water tap and grey water waste would be a lot more convenient on the actual site. OK for the youngsters but hardwork for the majority of clients as this is an adult only site.

Whoops!

August 2011 Lovely quiet site with clean facilities. Within cycling distance of Cromer and Felbrigg Hall on busy/quiet roads. Driving distance of lots of other attractions and places. Unfortunately we were double booked for members who were staying for a week as opposed to our two nights. This meant having to find somewhere nearby at short notice or having to stay on the sloping hard standing. A little disappointed and wish we had asked for details of our booking to be e mailed to us. That said we were lucky to get a pitch at Southerly just down the road so all was not lost. We would return if we had confirmation of our booking.
