One of the most spacious CLs we've ever stayed at. The field is enclosed by many different species of tree with an extraordinary amount of space between each pitch. Each has fresh Water; full electric. The GWR line runs along the far side of the site, but that is quirky rather than disruptive. The toilet and shower facilities are excellent, well looked after and free. The whole surroundings at Beare Mill are top notch. There is an adjoining field, called The Orchard, which is accessed through a hedge between pitch 4 & 5 of the cl, it is a beautiful little setting for 3 caravans. Finally, the elephant in the room - the access. Extremely, extremely tight, final access road. Maybe half a mile of high banked/hedged, single track road, with the vegetation brushing both towing mirrors simultaneously. I doubt if an 8ft wide caravan would fit. We would return in an instant, but unfortunately the access is to much to beare.

thank you for your review, we have just paid for the hedges to be cut accessing Beare Mill. Current guests staying with us have said what a difference it has made.
