Spent two weeks on this site. Sarah and Eurig are a lovely couple with a lovely family!! Easy access for the train and the bus and train fares are very reasonable. We caught the train to Porthmadog and went on the steam train to Blanau Ffestiniog. Another day we went on the train to Fairbourne, caught the ferry boat to Barmouth and then train back to the site. Views from the site would be hard to beat and lots of walks available. No, it isn't a five van CL but there is plenty of space and most people when we were there were using their own facilities. There are two toilets, one where the shower and washing machines are and the other is at the bottom of the field near the toilet emptying facility. I agree that a sign saying no ball games wouldn't be a bad idea. Although it would be a shame because most people are aware of what is acceptable behaviour when kicking a ball around near caravans, but you always get one who couldn't care less and spoils it for everyone else!!!
