Grass pitches and well spaced out and as others have said, be aware of the 6amp EHU and eco requirements. Plenty of quiet cycle routes, footpaths in abundance and a local pub 1 mile walk/ride from site. Buses to Aylesbury where you could hop on a train to London. Whilst there why not take an Alpaca for a walk but check availability before your stay. We will definitely be returning regularly from now on. If you are looking for peace and quiet then this place is for you. Thanks once again James and Jo for a lovely stay.
