Visited Aldi today at Ashington and in their reduced section there was a waterproof cycling jacket reduce from £20 to £7:50. and overshoes from £7:99 to £3:50. So picked up both and at the till was charge £6:50 for both together. That's what I call a genuine bargain. Laughing

I can't do those bri nylon sheets you used to see - or anything nylon come to that - but I did get a couple of towels to use for the dogs - what's the betting my teeth get on edge now?!

Looks interesting. Am I missing something, though? How did you get advance notice of these special buys - their website only goes up to 10 March? (Don't tell me it was in their advertising leaflet that went straight in the bin!!)
