In my experience it does not matter who the dealer is, buy the caravan you want from any dealer and deal with aftersales issues when needed. Dont forget the law is on your side and the dealer will have to put any wrongs right.
What you say is quite right but it takes a lot of upset and hassle away if you can find and use a customer friendly dealer.
