I note that since the launch of the new version of CT that here have been no new members introducing themselves on here.

Says a lot about the easy of use of the new site, doesn't it!!

I belong to most of the major caravan forums, at least those which are free, and I have got particularly witnesses masses of people jumping ship to those forums. People often belong to more than one forum so it is possible that you could see them post more on one forum than another. From my experience of some forums there is always a group of people who take every opportunity to have a swipe at the Caravan Club be it the new forum or the booking system. It is also not unusual that if you try and introduce a degree of balance that you are shot down for daring to defend or explain.
