This thread is not for discussions. Post ONLY factual information.

To provide a comprehensive list of problems encountered, I would suggest that each post lists only one issue at a time.

Provide details of problem  as concisely as possible.

Operating system, machine used and relevant software. i.e. Macbook/ PC/tablet, Windows XP/ iOS7 etc, Safari/Internet Explorer/Chrome inc version No.

Please do not enter into discussions such as "I've had/not had this problem" as this will detract from the objectivity of the thread. Hopefully this thread may assist the IT department in finding where "all the bodies are buried".

I've noticed that some avatars have changed slightly. Just those that didn't seem to have one have been replaced by a black background with a grey silhouette of a head. Quite appropriate, but does this mean that they are at last getting around to fixing the long standing avatar problem?

The same thing has happened on the CL web site, where the avatar of many of those that have left reviews are showing the same profile. Very strange.

Yeah 😃 back in my Samsung tablet, thank you. Dont know the operating service, just the one that comes with Samsung.

Using my android laptop I am unable to access the "View Map" function in Search CL section of the UK Holidays. When I click on the this it takes me to the Reviews of the CL. 

However using my AppleMac I have no problem and the map opens out!

Anybody else experiencing this? It's been happening now for over a week.

Looks as it the web site is back to it's old tricks on certain sections. The Certificated Location posts are showing that the latest post was on from 23/12/2018 while in fact there have been posts as recently as 2nd Jan 2019

Have just noticed that the website is also showing the latest post in the Club Membership section is dated 11/12 while the actual latest post was on 31/12.
