Hi all,

I've started a new discussion for the server errors as the previous one went off topic at times.

We apologise that you have been experiencing these. Please can you report these in this discussion and I will monitor to forward to the IT team.

Many thanks.

And the intention is to let this website whither on the vine?

Bakers, I've been saying this for months now, and regardless of the denials posted by Rowena, I still believe it to be the case and the lack of anybody from HO bothering to respond to this post just confirms it IMHO.

Yes know you have and I tend to agree especially with regard to CT.

But I think the whole website is going the way we are discussing the state of CT on this thread. If you read posts on here and other new  threads regarding lack of visible correct up to date site info, THIS It appears the site is open and current info out of date and the club's response "will be updating the information soon"

Getting response from head office and sites by phone see a recent post by takethedogalong on page 33.

The whole website, not just CT was down this afternoon, and Sites are not taking calls, although after listening to a 5 minute message, you might get a call back if they have time. I have no gripe with Site staff, they will be doing their best.

There's even a thread that was started about trying to buy insurance, still awaiting to hear on 'call back' HERE

It certainly doesn't show the club in a good light. The ambivalence showed on this thread doesn't even show they're reactive let alone proactive and forward looking.....

If the essential maintenance last night was intended to improve things, it failed miserably. Just took 5 minutes to get into this thread.☹️

Again, I agree wholeheartedly, B2. It's a complete shambles. Like tda I feel sorry for all the CL owners, who are missing out on potential booking because the likes of us can't get onto a properly working web site.

So this afternoon, only opened up Look for Site by map facility.  From there trying to look at a number of  CLs, one after another, as you do when considering touring a particular area (in this case Suffolk). After the first one, returned to the map, selected a second, allowed me to view the summary that comes up, but couldnt load to the actual site - server error.

This evening, just took ages to get onto CT once I had logged on.   Didnt time it, because a I viewed another web site whilst waiting. That loaded quickly, and allowed me to view a number of different pages, speedily with NO issues.
