Hi all,

I've started a new discussion for the server errors as the previous one went off topic at times.

We apologise that you have been experiencing these. Please can you report these in this discussion and I will monitor to forward to the IT team.

Many thanks.

One of my usual non internal server errors

This site can’t be reached

www.caravanclub.co.uk took too long to respond.

But this is a new one to me

This site can’t be reached

The web page at https://www.caravanclub.co.uk/club-together/discussions/welcome-hobby-talk/how-to-use-club-together/server-errors/?er=P779432#P779432 might be temporarily down or it may have moved permanently to a new web address.

Thought I'd have a catch up and cuppa, cuppa long gone but catch just beginning.........

Still no response from anyone 😕

No activity on CT latest activity page between 1305 and 1525.

Website certainly wasn't down. Then 4 between 1525 and 1553 so folk must be trying.

I couldn’t get onto the caravan club site at all this afternoon, until now. Attempts returned this error, although I was using my normal method.

No I think it's just the web site access which  is "trying." wink

Actually I appreciate the access when it works but for a business on this scale it's not a good advert.

Talk about frustrated😡 Been trying to book a Club Site all afternoon. Whole website down, so no online booking, no one answering at Sites, and all you get on central booking system is some duff music, a long wait with an occasional reminder that “your call is important to us”, and then staff at other end cannot do anything. Diabolically bad service to Members, and must be so frustrating for the phone handlers and Site staff.

I feel a Takethedogalong email to the head honcho is in the offing. 😡

Well whatever it didn't last long. Server errors are back.

Yes a very trying  website indeed. Sadly I'm not sure what it's trying to be 🤐

Well if it is not it shoudl have been fixed many weeks ago. It is more than a poor show, it has been diabolical today. Not only very frequent server errors but very slow to load pages to the extent my browser gives up trying to load pages
