Server Errors again

More of the same. First time I've had them when refreshing already open in tabs threads! Previously restricted to the latest activity page. Good to know there's variety now 🫣.

I notice folk on the what you doing thread  saying they've had problems yesterday and today. Page 5865.

Maybe someone could report me post? I expect Rowena could pass on to the appropriate team AGAIN. Actually I'd like to hear/read the appropriate team's response to just this issue alone! Whoops nodded off...

Thank you for your post. We have been investigating the errors this morning and it seems it was an error with our external service. Please let me know if you continue to have issues.

So if it’s an error why put up a routine maintenance notice?

How come none of my internet Banks and Virgin websites never seem to have these very regular breaks in service

Ro, Sorry but that sounds just like the usual excuses that are put forward by those who have no idea of what is actually happening! Too ready to blame someone else when things like this have been going on ad infinitum, instead of getting things sorted.

EDIT The irony of this post is that I wrote it last night but could not post it because of Essential Maintenance, of which again there  wasn't any notification, as once was promised!! yell

Are we now at the point where the site should be taken down for a few days to sort out these situations once and for all?

As Eriba motters suggests site should be taken down and sorted, tried to book and all are showing full every day  from now to the end of the year .Obviously it’s an internal error .Needs sorting

It is a shabby excuse for a website but I see no point in calling for it to be taken down and sorted when none of us know exactly what the problem is, let alone whether a fix is possible. Goodness knows, it’s had enough downtime already with no noticeable improvement so that wouldn’t appear to be the answer.
