Resurrection of Old Discussions

Has anybody managed to work out why old or even very old discussions suddenly reappear and because most contributors don't notice the original date new but often no longer relevant comments are made because of the time lag.

My own theory is that a new discussion has been started with the same title and the system cannot differentiate between the two and thus the problems start. I have tried to test this by searching to find duplicates even using different search engines but to no avail.

I know it's only another minor issue but I am sure some of you find it just as frustrating as me.

He does seem to have dropped off the radar lately. Now that I've got a MH and it's easy to park nose in or out, I was looking forward to parking door to door. laughing
