I bought a three tier steamer so can use the bottom pan for many things like potatoes and veg but I also have a medium sized chef's pan which I can use for stir frying or ordinary frying, as well as as couple of small frying pans and a small decent quality saucepan.
I have a microwave as well so many things can be heated up that way rather than on the hob. There's also the oven too.

I bought a nested set of non stick camping pans 30 years ago and we are still using them. (3 saucepans and 2 frying pans) However while you can still buy similar sets, I am informed the quality is nowhere near as good as that of 30 years ago!
We also have the orginal "Double Skillet" not far off 30 years old and that is also still in use. (our first caravan did not have an oven)
Both these items still retain a good non stick surface and are not in need of replacement even if the outsides are a bit scratched and worse for wear.

We have a tefal ingenio frying pan and two ingenio saucepans. This range has detachable handles and can be used on the hob or in the oven. We already had an oven proof glass lid which fitted the larger pan and a splatter guard for the frying pan. We also have an small electric three tier steamer which is very light and takes up little room when packed away. This combination along with our Cobb BBQ pretty much meets all our cooking needs.
