It looks as if we have a poorly dog today.  Completely off food and is passing blood in stools.  We're quite worried about her at the moment but have booked Lizzie in for the vet this afternoon.  Frown

Thanks folks.  I'm just off out now for my normal Thursday night practice.  Carol is staying home tonight - acting as nurse.  I'm feeling a bit more positive about it all now.

Only just caught up with this, David.

Things seem to be looking more promising. I hope this is the start of a gradual improvement. Let's hope that you have some good news to report tomorrow.

Pleased with your news David. Things seem a bit more positive now and at least with those diagnoses there is a course of action to follow. We'll keep our fingers crossed for you all. Happy

That must be comforting DSB. It can often take a while finding the right medication and treatment, hope she keeps improving.

Today's blood tests came through as fairly normal one was just a touch low, but the vet was not over concerned with this.

She seems so much better now.  Fingers crossed that we are coming out of it all now.....

Thank you all for your support and concern.

Best wishes
