How's your footy team doing?

I'm starting this thread again because it seems to have been a casualty of the change over to the new site. The Terriers scecured another away win last night at Burton. Two wins in a row now after a barren spell. It'll all go pear shaped on Friday when we go to Norwich because the game is to be televised , we haven't won on the telly for ages.

Hibs V Celtic today.  Celtic will thrash their Edinburgh rivals and wipe the smile off Lennon's face.---  Possible score Celtic 5 -- Hibs 1

Not one of your better predictions, that one, K. Maybe better sticking with Strictly in future?!! wink

Celtic must have felt sorry for poor old Lennon continually leading Hibs to glorious defeat  and took the foot off the gas to make the poor guy feel better. Otherwise Celtic would have blitzed them.5/1.

Celtic still maintain their record of over 63 consecutive games in the Scottish league without defeat. Few teams can get near total. So a bit of tactical play just to maintain that record without humiliating Hibs is quite acceptable.

What a win for City 😊😊😊😊😊

We have more than the vital 40 points now, so should be safe from relegation (been there far to often).

Away at Swansea on Wednesday, then home to Spurs next weekend.

No easy games!

Ask  them  there  Lanky's  on  Tuesday  evening  ( Weather  permitting  !!  I'm  told  the  'Teeny  Ones'  have  built  snowmen  on  trolleys  to block  off  one  of  the  goals  --  bet  they  start  at  the  wrong  end  yell )

Another great win for the Terriers. They'd not scored a goal away from home since the first match of the season and they go and score 4! Ok one was clearly offside and one was a softish penalty but we've had our share of bad decisions go against us this season so we'll take a bit going our way.

It's a roller coaster of a season so far a few highs (beating Man U) and some very deep lows. Still we are fans so we follow our team shuz 'ow.

Crewe  finished  the  Season  as  they  normally  do  --  Losing  !!

Ah well,  they  might,  just  might,  win  a  few  in  the  National  !!

Oh  Dear  Oh  Dear   embarassed

Brian's  dropped  another  clanger  !!  Obviously  I  meant  to  say  Finished The Year  and  not  Finished  the  season  --  unless  I've  become  a  Long Sighted  Forecaster  !!
I'll  go  now  &  try  to  train  my  fingers  to  go  slower  so  my  brain,  such  as  it  is,  can  keep  up  innocent
