After watching a few Euro 2016 games I've noticed sportsmanship has been replaced by gamesmanshipSad.

England has a very good Rugby team, their Rugby supporters are intelligent well behaved and a credit to their country when they are playing abroad.

Contrast that to England's soccer supporters -- violence and vandalism on the streets. Vicious attacks in the sports stadium and a disgrace to their country.

I have sat in pubs and grounds up and down the length of England and abroad whilst watching and supporting my beloved Hull FC and Newcastle Falcons. Have been to all the 6 Nations Stadia bar Rome in supporting England and always mixed and enjoyed the company of the 'other' supporters in the cafes and bars both before and after matches! Its such a shame that the minority of 'individuals' spoil it for the majority in the round ball code!

Whilst on the subject of football vandalism, I do believe it's a relatively small minority outside the stadia who are responsible. I wonder how many of them actually have tickets or have just gone intent on causing mayhem. In these days of CCTV and facial recognition software it should surely be easy enough to identify those involved and hit them with the full weight of the law? I have zero sympathy for any who claim to be innocent bystanders since there are plenty of areas where no trouble occurred.

Inside the stadium, I think it is widely accepted that the trouble on Saturday was instigated by the Russian supporters isn't it?
