What's the weather like in Cornwall today?

Lucky you! smile

Yesterday was dreadful, today it's bright - we've just been across Penhale Dunes with the dogs wearing T-shirts ( us, not them!) and the forecast is for an improvement into next week so you should be OK!

Were you asking about stopping off points a few weeks back? What did you decide?

I will stop at services on the way down to Cornwall and we will set off early in the morning. Coming back from Cornwall we are stopping at Cadeside.

Quite windy today here at Globe Vale.  Can almost see St Agnes from my caravan, so I suspect windy up there.  Our awning is rattling around a bit - it's blustery more than constant.  Some blue sky between the grey looking clouds.

I think there will be a lot of people going overseas next year after the weather in the last two or three weeks here in Cornwall. Maybe it will improve.

Maybe not if they've seen the problems caused by extreme heat and forest fires, though! Portugal, Spain, France, Italy, Croatia and Slovenia all seem to have been affected  one way or another!

I think the weather s the same all over England at the moment so we will just chance our luck, but maybe not put the awning up.

.....may be a good move about passing on putting up the awning.  Trouble is, ours is already up, and could cause more damage in taking it down!
