That’s easy, just find out when old age starts, then knock 10-20 years off.Laughing

It appears to be a 'movable feast' neveramsure. It seems to move ever forward the older I get! Or am I just kidding myself?Undecided

In the old days 45 was middle age retirement 60/65 now retirement seems to be shifting towards 70/75 that's how I came up with 60/70 Laughing if anyone passes away now maybe between the age of 65/75 , some say such a shame so young no age at all Undecided

Middle Age still starts when the "spread" starts.

Just watch out for it joining up around the back where you can't see it.

Note to self!

Don't look round the back! Not that I'll see it anyway! Just realised I can't see my toes these days! What next?Embarassed
