Definition of middle aged from the oxford dictionary:-
The period after early adulthood and before old age, about 45 to 65.

Yipee, I'm still middle aged then! Well, for just a couple of years or so! Better make the most of it me thinks. Funny though how time speeds up as you get older, it seems like only yesterday I was celebrating the turn of the century!

People live much longer down south of the border

It certainly does our Rocks, so pleased I took that just a little bit early retirement! Seems like I have even less time on my hands these days and those days just fly past!
