What I did in work today

I hope this does not upset anyone but thought as there was a post mainly for us retired people to discuss what we do at our leisure that there should also be a post for those still working to post. Just as some might be jealous of our freetime, some might be missing work cammeradery.

There's no difference apart from the fact that you don't get paid, don't get formal holidays and don't generally get stuck in commuting queues.

No missed lunches, late deadlines.

This I hope will help the workers discuss their day so that we can be envyious.

Don't work weekends but work on the allotment (weather permittingWink).  Both of us retired, but do unpaid work (as above).  Have just come back from a week in Stratford upon Avon enjoying the festivities on the Bard's death last Saturday.  Off to Hereford next month so have some work at planning our tripHappy

Delighted to say a non working day for me today, at least the paid variety. Not back in til Tuesday.  Personally I think work's a bit overrated, but the pay is handy
