Unstable internet connections today (20/07/16)

I wonder if some of the problems  are site specific, the cc site took an age to load this morning, the c&cc site loaded fast but there is a problem with their on line booking system ,and as ,i think, All internet in the uk is via BT lines and their exchanges maybe some long distance lines possibly via several "switching stations"is the problem?

Another morning of problems here but seems better now. I couldn't get the CC site to load either.
