Woke to a White Crewe this morning, quite happy 'cos I'd put my super fleecy thermals in the 'van ready for use.
Saw todays morning news and weather forecast of up to 20* C by late week end, so might have to change over to unlined mankinis instead. All my careful planning & yesterdays preparations --> pointless

It's glorious here at moment, but with an arctic wind! None pointless dog walk with Sister for company this morning, surprise visit! Packed OH off for his chemo session (again not pointless!), now off to sort out Mum and Dad, which is the almost pointless bit, as it will be as untidy again tomorrow!
Oh the joys of not remembering where you put something, so you empty the cupboards to find where it is, only by now you are not quite sure what it is you were looking for in the first place! And repeat!

Posted on 25/04/2017 13:46 by papgenoOH cleaned out some cupboards yesterday and tasked me with putting things back. As expected I got it wrong and she had to redo most of it!
One of these days she'll stop asking me to do anything. 😇

Hmm, you learn a lot on here....
Talking about forgetfulness on TDA's post, I thought we must get our next holiday booked. So I booked it (got the last pitch on a site and had to pay extra for a serviced pitch, paid the deposit etc.) Felt pleased it was all sorted....then remembered I'd already booked a holiday at the other end of the country. We now have two holidays with a week off in between. (We are going to do both if all goes well.)

That's the way to do it Brue! We are hoping things go well this trip, we are not too far from home, and the site owner is a bit of a chum as well, nothing is too much trouble. We have booked another CL even closer to home, for mid May. Somewhere rather new to us, but lots to see and do, a Nellie recommendation!
It wasn't too bad at Mum's, we have learned to move important things out of the way, she has a tendency to hide things in the most peculiar places! Bank cards mainly...... Even Dad's! We spend hours looking for things sometimes.......
