No shops open

The rule applies only to shops over 280 sq m, smaller shops can open plus some exemptions like service station outlets, farm shops etc. (England & Wales.)

it's because I'm doing something different on Sunday that I want shops open after 4pm. 

I do all my shopping at night if possible. Not worth wasting useful hours on
