Heatwave

Brilliant.  Summer is here and its lovely and warm, and sat in the garden for the first time in nearly 5 years because we had horrible neighbours (actually they were neighbours from hell) who bred very large dogs, and the smell from them was awful as they lived in kennels outside.  Now they've gone.  Today, we're sat outside and enjoying the sun apart from someone's noisy radio from three streets away - why do people think that everyone has to listen to their music.  Can't wait to get back in the caravan on a site where its peaceful

Still grey and cool today. Getting a bit much now. APart from a coat of varnish to the front door, I've done all my jobs and want to laze in the sun. Collecting OH's sister from the airport tomorrow. She'll be wondering if the trip was worth it.

Scorching up here today, enjoying the peace and quiet in our garden. No need to go away when the weather is so fantastic we have everything we need right here.

Looks like we're in for another Scorcher today. Mist burning off quickly, a few wispy clouds. It's great when we can relax  in the garden and soak up this great weather.

Cool

Still bright and very sunny here. Bit of an cooling East wind.  Painted the wall beside the drive this morning and as soon as I've finished this cuppa, I'll move the caravan back 6 meters to where it is usually parked.  I'll be lazy and let  the m/mover will do the work.
