We had spag bol and garlic bread for lunch and a turkey and cranberry sandwich for our tea.  Turkey now all gone, it was only the breast - there were only the three of us and we had it with ham and salad yesterday.  Just some of the ham left, will be gone by Tuesday at the latest.  Enjoy your roast beef artyboo. Sadly my homemade Christmas pud was growing something Surprised when I opened it so we didn't get any of that, but I did have 3 mini bought ones left from last year (I didn't think they were very nice last year) still in date they were rather nice this year.

We were with family for lunch on Christmas day, so didn't buy a turkey. Had chicken and gammon with roast potatoes etc. yesterday. Two roast dinners is plenty, so have had steak pie, chips & peas today for a change.

I had a discussion with son about supper tonight and he reckoned there was enough venison haunch left over so perhaps a pasta.  I suggested that it was his MILs turn in the kitchen .. bit of a mistake!  But at least I am not over full!  She decided on using up the bought mashed spuds that needed eating but a little more was needed!  However for the first time I was out of the kitchen so shouldn't grumble!  And the leftover Christmas pud has now gone!  Then we sat down to It's a Wonderful Life.

Didn't even have dinner last night. Just a some cheese and biscuits with a glass of red. Needed a respite after two days of turkey roast.

Same here, cheese and biscuits but for me rose wine and OH had white wine - actually enjoyed it better than any other food we had - reminded me of summer holidays when the weather is too hot to cookCool

We had a pasta dish last night, home made. Don't eat meat so lots of variety for us rather than getting through turkey, sprouts done in a stir fry are delicious by the way, quarter them and get stirring. Totally different taste to usual boiled/steamed.

We didn't feel like eating last night, so just had a snack - English Sparkling Wine (aka English Champagne), Cheese Straws and fruit.

Farmers to feed today - so dinner ("lunch" for southerners) is turkey pie and chips.
