Anthem for the English ?

Instead of God Save the Queen , it's being put to parliament today / tomorrow that the English sporting teams should have there own anthem for when they are competing  the nations ect  , Jerusalem appears to be the favourite 

personally I don't see a problem Scotland Ireland and Wales have there's so why not England

Just Checked it on the Internet, - My memory very slightly awry, - The Actual title as sung by the Worsels was "Where be that Blackbird To?"  But we in South East Somerset certainly used "Be" and not "To"

When we moved to Wiltshire we were confused as people used to ask "Where you to" not "Where are you from"
