I ordered a mifi device from Amazon last night and decided to take advantage of their 30 day free trial of Prime.

The device is suposed to arrive today - pretty good!

Also watched a film on Prime ("Live, Die, Repeat: Edge of Tomorrow" with Tom Cruise) - also pretty good.

Will have to have a proper look at what else they offer.

You can cancel before the 30 days is up, so costs you nothing. Recommended (so far!)

I signed up for the free trial and found it so useful that I kept it going.  I use Amazon music quite a bit - similar to Spotify but works out cheaper.  There's quite a lot of cloud storage as well.  I can't see a reason to cancel at the moment

You can add friends or family to Prime for free - but they only get the next day delivery etc. Not the films.

Do you have to pay for the music?

Music is included in Prime

I keep toying with the idea of PRIME and getting a Fire TV stick.  Do not listen to much music prefer the radio but when abroad do use the ipod/phone so if you can download the music rather than have to stream it then may be OK for us.  MrsT likes a film, personally dont have enough time but if it keeps her quiet it may be £79 well spent for a years peace and quiet!!

The Huawei E5330 3G unlocked version.

I'm planning to buy a 3 sim to take to France, but will look out for prices of sims in other countries.

Any idea which is best / cheapest in France?

Thanks Ian, sorry have not got any idea, we ahve always just relied on finding free wifi hot spots (cafe's etc) but we are on BT mobile and they do an add on 300mb for £10 valid for 30 days which seems reasonable to use the web fro browsing and get email etc.
