A bit fit

i got a fitbit for Christmas. Since then I've done the recommended 10,000 steps each day. Today I was a bit short so i've just been for a walk to catch up. It's really cold outside now and common sense should have kept me in the warm. I think these devices cause obsessive behaviours!

My Fitbit is really driving me mad. I thought the novelty would wear off but I can't get out of the habit of trying to make the little bar go orange rather than blue when I download my daily info to show I've achieved my target or more. I wouldn't mind but I definitely don't feel fitter

Had my fit bit so long it finally gave a low battery warning. Changing them was quite straight forward once we found a small enough screwdriver to release the battery compartment. Screws had been quite tightly fitted too. Never mind, job done for, hopefully, another 18 months. Think that's my exercise for the day too

Page 3 still showing  'error', so hope it will be sorted when I get back on line tomorrow (after more hedge cutting , of course!)
