I remember when there were no calculators.

I  remember  seeing  a  film  about  skool kids  in  Japan  using  the  Abacus    !  They  didnot  have  calculators  either   !

I remember when Maths was split into Arithmetic, Algebra and Geometry.

I  remember  the  other  one,  Malcolm, { --  he  used  to  be  in  Only  Fools  and  Horses  }  Trigger   Nomentally  or  some  such  !!

I remember manual choke buttons

I remember earth closets which had to emptied by the night soil men. The captain of our bell ringing team drove the night soil lorry, a nicer bloke you couldn't wish to meet.
