Next Friday 2nd September at 9pm - I didn't catch the channel, but I think it might be Channel 5.

I wonder if it will be worth a watch......

Really enjoyed the programme last night, granted some of those shown may not be your typical caravaner.

Dan - the video guy- enthusiasm for caravaning is clear to see. If you look through YouTube you will find some very helpful and informative videos from him and his family. Well done to everyone who took part.

Yes I was happy to find out about Dan the video man. I am actually now watching his videos which are really helpful.

Last night we sat in our caravan (parked in the field next to the house). It was warm from the setting sun. We had a few drinks (we keep it stocked up), listened to music, talked, ate a few leftover chocolates. Then when it was almost too dark to make our way back, went inside. We started to watch the caravan programme (recorded!), realised we were falling asleep so gave up and went to bed.

Pretending to be on holiday was the best part of the evening for us.

That was possibly one of the most cringeworthy bits of TV Ihave ever watched! Only lasted 20 mins then went to bath the dog!

I expected that they would search out some extreme examples to feature. How many folks do you know take ferrets to a site with the intention of catching rabbits for dinner. The couples preparing for halloween were ok but by the time we got to the large chap in his vest displaying numerous tattoos got stuck into his beer and then started to belch we sadly realised it did nothing to enhance my image of caravanning and switched off.

Just got in.  About to watch what some of you have already seen!

I wouldn't bother Dave .....

I wished I hadn't bothered MM.  It was a bit like watching paint dry!

Write your comments here...If you want to watch paint dry and find it more entertaining then watch All Aboard! The Country Bus. I've heard of slow TV but that was almost going backwards! We'd got a ticket to Ribbleshead but got off at Gunnesrside, half way there

we had it on whilst messing on our I pads planning next trip, love Yorkshire and especially Hawes....waited in anticipation to see our favourite pub(s) etc and what happened...it panned to the driver and the inside of the bus for the entirety of Hawes...
