No! But you could if you wanted, a bit sharp underfoot on the stones and a bit chilly. Our children used to go in  further down the loch at Port Appin but there were often jelly fish around.

You will be fine in a wetsuit and something to protect your feet from pebbles. Warmest time of year is September, Gulf Stream and all that. Look, out for seals though.๐Ÿ˜

Aldi has wet suits from £20, shorty ones.

when we went to Bunree the other year, it was possible to get as wet while out of the water as it was in it! ๐Ÿ™„

This probably sounds a stupid question but has anyone swam from the beach at Bunree ?

Weever fish can be flipping' painful. One of the blighters got me down on the Costa Blanca some years back.

Someone came to my aid in Mallorca, I could smell Fish & Chips as she helped me๐Ÿคท๐Ÿป‍โ™‚๏ธ. It was vinegar, the Lady told me she carries it whenever on a beach, it lessened the pain for sure-didn’t stop the swelling mind. I never ever go on a beach anywhere in the World without some Boardies or similar๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿป
