Looks like we need to book before 5 December to avoid price increases.

 Thanks Brue. I note that the Southport Club Site  prices are due to go up. Ne'er mind. I shall doubtless book for next year regardless as this is the only site that we use once each year in December. Most sites we are unlikely to return to within 4 years.

How odd that I can’t see my mail in the OP. Thanks all for clarifying. Perhaps it’s device specific or maybe my high speed fibre connection is under the weather.

It will not now come out until tomorow the 3rd at the earliest so there will be a flurry on here complaining of the short noticecool

If we represent a proportion of those who haven't received this message I wonder how many actually got it out of the total membership? I have sent a message to the club. Hope we get a response, a few pounds here and there is quite significant for some.

I can see it on my Android tablet, TW.  Now what I can't do is to provide a screenshot like that, (maybe I will learn how to one day!) but our email was worded differently to yours, this is the text I copied:

It’s never too early to plan your 2019 adventure, especially if it can save you money. Book before midnight on 4 Dec and you can take advantage of our prices before they increase slightly in 2019. This is to cover the rising price of utilities and the day to day costs of running a network of 160 UK Club Sites.

Many Members have already taken advantage of this, so don’t miss out.
Get planning and booking for 2019 today.

The bit at the very bottom is the same, "don't worry if you see an updated price in My Profile" etc.  Now we've got a couple of bookings for 2019, aand have had those for quite a few weeks before the email, so I thought it a bit strange, as the way our email is phrased sounds like we haven't got anything booked.  Odd.

 i think it is a generic email to all members ,that the club thought had been received, but yet another glitch in their IT systems managed to once again fail to "deliver"wink
