Covid pass help

Is it possible to renew a paper Covid pass before its current expiry date? My pass runs out on Sunday 29th May 3 days before the start of the Jubilee celebration bank holidays. We are booked on Eurotunnel for Tuesday 7th June. When I originally got the pass it took a week to arrive (4 working days) so I’m a bit worried about the timing. My mobile phone Is (very) basic and OH’s smart phone will not process two Covid pass requests. Despite looking at all info on the web I cannot find any answer to this. Thanks

A bit harsh SB or perhaps I have just been lucky. Over the past 3-4 months I have had two phone calls answered in about two minutes or less and an email in a couple of days. Today I had a comprehensive written reply to a letter I sent them about four weeks ago and would have required internal research before they could reply. 👍

You’ve been lucky or I’ve been unlucky, but I couldn’t get hold of them for days by phone (constantly engaged or email) and I wanted to give them some money! Others have posted on here with similar experiences.

Don’t get me wrong, I like BF and have been a customer for many years. I was really disappointed and frustrated. I did modify and update my feedback once contacted by a BF staff member who instantly solved my problem. A bit harsh maybe, but if I hadn’t who knows how long I’d been waiting on the phone listening to musak!
