Item in today's paper,(well the Sun) Wetherspoon's brekkie 1,500 calories and six times the adult daily recommendation.  Must confess to being a Wetherspoon regular, particularly on Steak Night. £7.99 for a 12oz steak with all the trimmings and a pint of John Smiths included.
