No, CL's are for club members only.

Confirm that CLs are for CC members only and any CL owner accepting non-members runs the risk of losing their certificate which would mean one less CL available for members.

The OP could be also read that the member wants to bring a friend with him when he(the member)stays on the site.....

As in 'member & guest'

I took 'book in' to mean the guest alone would be staying. Clarification would be good.
