This move by the club has effectively removed the major benefit of membership from us for at least three months.

How do the club intend to redress this ?

Redress it? Perhaps they'll sue the Chinese on your behalf🙄

There’s always one😡 You don’t need a bank account in a grave, suggest you reprioritise at the moment and then try and claw back the few pounds you so desperately need. Providing you are still around to do so of course. Club have got larger worries and priorities at the moment I am sure. Blunt, but politeness is falling on a lot of deaf ears at the moment.

If the club cannot provide the contracted service why should they not refund the money as any other company might? I personally am not concerned on that front and so I am just saying as it is.

The site that my daughter has a holiday static on are not permitting non owners in the present crisis and she has repaid any deposits where able. One couple actually gave her a cash deposit on their last visit having used her static a few times before and have refused to accept a refund saying that they will use her again when this blows over and that she is to use the deposit and they will happily pay a deposit next time.
