Deals - what deals?

I know it's my own fault for trusting the CAMC and not shopping around but had assumed that the CAMC had negotiated a good deal for it's members.

Just purchased an item through the Club shop to find it £20 cheaper at Capital Outdoors.  What an idiot but a lesson learnt never to use the Club shop again !

I am sure I mentioned this several or more months ago.  No deals to be had in club shop as always cheaper elsewhere.

Surfer you are so right I was looking to buy a 2 sensor monitor for the van,so saw the offer on the club website I directs you to a page showing the different systems the one I wanted was £99.95 inc vat and postage being as I have been gifted a lot off gift vouchers thought I would look at the club shop there price was £142.79 incl vat and postage so no deals from the club shop at all they obviously can. Not be bothered to compete in the market place to buy from the club shop with my gift vouchers would mean a loss of my gift credit of £42 absolutely a rip off Chris

Yes, the Club were sorry to see this go too, but the new owner of the M6 toll were not having it!  Furthermore, they appear to be putting up the prices yet again!

I won't use it anyway .... I pay enough to keep my cars on the road without paying unnecessary toll charges.
