I have tried three times today to contact by phone and on hold at least twenty minutes to no avail.
I just would like to know The cost of my caravan insurance this year.
on my profile there is no policy for this year and yet they expect you to renew by pressing the green button. The club could at least give you the information before asking you to consent to the policy.

Spoke to a lady who was working from home answering phone calls and e mails. She was able to give me the cost of renewal for my caravan insurance and promised to e mail me a copy of the policy. I am still waiting for the e mail and a copy in the post, which apparently I should have received four weeks before renewal. I have compared various quotes from other companies and the Caravan Club is the most expensive. So I will wait and see the policy first before making my decision which company to insure with.
