We keep reading about how members would do things differently, so here is your chance to put these suggestions all together.

If I was a Warden I would . . .

a site with no toilet block. Cleaning that puts me off the job given the attitude of some people.

That's a good point!  If people sat in a better attitude then some, if not all, of the off target shooting might be eliminated.

I wonder if these overseas site managers check the hot and cold water temps to prevent legionella spreading or check that the ehus are tripping correctly and in good working order on a monthly basis. Whether the cleaners remove the showers heads every quarter and descale or disinfect them to prevent legionella spreading? #justcurious

Yes, I would say so......or more likely, they get a more qualified person to do it.

Ensure that everyone due to leave, left at 12 noon.......

Write your comments here...people would never leave by noon if they're all drinking black caviar's homebrew!  Laughing

From my experience of sites on the continent, particularly France and Spain, they cram us in, they are not particularly  interested in demanding one set of defined behaviours (rules). They expect us to live cheek by jowl and enjoy it whilst doing so.

However, that may just be it, we seem to be far more tolerant abroad when we expect this type of 'buzz' and diversity on a site and just accepted it as the norm. Thing is we don't quiet accept this on our club sites. I for one enjoy both experiences but I know which I prefer when back home.
