We’d like to invite you to our brand new Facebook page – which is live today – a special preview for Club Together members. We will be using Facebook to spread the word about The Club, share news, offers advice and inspiration; it joins our other channels in offering you more choice in how you connect with The Club.

We want you to join our ever-growing community, so we’re offering an exclusive. We are giving away 20 pairs of site night vouchers for this week only. All you need to do is find our Club Together milestone on our Facebook timeline and comment with #sitenightvoucher.

Please remember that Facebook is a public forum, we want to showcase the best of The Club and our members, so don’t forget to check out our House Rules.

We’d love to hear your thoughts on our new social media channels, please comment on this thread and let us know what you think.

Prize draw closes at midnight on 13 August; visit Facebook for full terms and conditions.

Find us on >>> Facebook <<< today and don’t forget to follow us on Twitter and Instagram @thecaravanclub

Hi guys,

Congrats to all who have won site night vouchers! We'll be picking the last 10 winners on Sunday night, so keep the entries coming...

Cool

How did the winners find out that they had won?

Hi Goldie, we're contacting winners via Facebook message

I'm very pleased to have won vouchers as well. Thank you Caravan Club. They will be a great help for our Christmas holiday. Also pleased to have CC on Facebook, not before time.

Snap we are using our vouchers for Christmas too.

Not interested in Facebook. It is used by many though so I see no problem with the club doing it though.

The interest in the new CC facebook page seems strangely weak. I imagine the club expected more interest..Undecided

The CC FB page appears so far to have only 216 people following it, whereas the CC& C  FB page has 60,300 !

Its a massive difference !? There are local pubs and local bands that have well over 500 followers on FB

Give it a chance, Justus2!  It's barely been online a week, if even that, and I'm not aware of an official 'launch' yet either.

There is also an 'unofficial' CC FBpage with over 15k likers.  I'm sure the CC social media team have already applied to take control of it and merge it with the official page.  That process takes a few weeks, if I recall correctly.

Don't forget the C&CC didn't have a forum for a long time which left members with only FB as the only means of interacting with the Club. I use FB to keep in touch with friends and family but pages run for business purposes leave me cold.
