Are you able to wild camp in Scotland?
Wild camping, though widely thought of as legal in Scotland, is restricted to small tents only and is still restricted by byelaws in some areas, including Loch Lomond & The Trossachs National Park. Our Club campsites are in some of the most stunning locations, meaning you can book ahead, pitch up with your touring vehicle and relax.
Can I camp on the beach in Scotland?
Small tents only are permitted to camp on beaches in most of Scotland, but check for local bye-laws and follow safety advice. If you have a touring vehicle our campsites offer everything you need. Brora, Dunnet Bay and North Ledaig campsites are just yards from beaches, ideal for a coastal camping break.
